"On March 29, 1997 our 1887 Victorian home was badly damaged by an
F-5 tornado. We retained Goodrich Construction to restore our home and they did a
fabulous job. The quality of work was outstanding. They went the extra mile to ensure
no detail was overlooked. The entire crew became our friends because they worked
on the house for 18 months and I have had them come back for several other projects
including adding a new bathroom. Many of our friends and neighbors had issues with
their Contractors and were taken advantage of. My husband and I felt very fortunate
that Ron Goodrich and his crew are people of great integrity. I would recommend

"Thank you so much for all the work you have done to repair our home from the damage the drunk driver
caused. Your team was the best we have ever dealt with!! They were very professional and extremely
friendly. The work was completed in such a short amount of time! I am still in awe of how quickly and
thoroughly the job was done. A special thank-you needs to go to Jeremy! We really appreciate all the time
he put into our job and dealing with the insurance companies for us. Another thank-you needs to go to
Keith. He was here working everyday to get the job finished to our liking! Also to Zach, who was here a lot
of that time as well! And one more to Randy, who came as soon as I called so that the initial inspection
could be done and give me the okay to be open for my daycare clients! We really do appreciate all the
members of your team that were involved! Our house is restored to pre-accident condition, if not better,
and looks beautiful-Thanks to all of you!!

"During the last twelve years Goodrich Construction has in succession repaired my porch, gutted and
completely remodeled my second floor bathroom, partially remodeled my kitchen, remodeled my living
room and my basement and put in a new doorway that opens onto my patio from the living
room. They have also custom built some glass door book cabinets for my front room. I have always found
their workmanship to be superior; my satisfaction is always unqualified. My house is nearly a hundred years
old and I have tried to maintain its character. Goodrich has been most helpful in this connection. I especially
like my tiled bathroom.
No less than the quality of their work, Goodrich workers are a delight to have around. They are one and all
friendly and courteous. If they are doing a big job they are going to be around a lot. So, it is no small
matter that they are nice to have around. Also, Goodrich employees speak highly of Goodrich as an
employer. For me this matters as much as the quality of the work that they do. Without hesitation, I have
recommended Goodrich to several friends, and I would do so again. Ron Goodrich has even lent me some
of his tools. Perhaps he would rather I not share this since now everyone will be after him for his tools."
