Ron Goodrich, owner and operator of Goodrich Construction, has been in the construction industry since 1973, working with Goodrich Construction since 1980.
“I entered the field of construction because I enjoy working with people and providing improvements to their homes and places of business. I embrace the challenge of providing the highest level of quality and creativity, while being mindful of the client’s budget. Preserving the structures that represent our architectural heritage is of great importance and are the most gratifying projects. I feel very fortunate to have a career that also builds relationships with people who are passionate about their property.”
Randy Dinsmore (Project Coordinator) has been in the construction industry since 1978, working with Goodrich Construction since 1981.
“My father was a carpenter, my grandfather was a carpenter, you might say it’s in my blood. The unique challenges of remodeling and historic restoration offer an interesting and rewarding career. Homes with families living in them have been my workplace for a quarter of a century. I take pride in delivering a superior finished project while being sensitive to the presence of children, pets and family heirlooms. Satisfaction, for me, is a repeat customer.”
Jeremy Flitter (Project Coordinator) has been with Goodrich Construction since 1999. He graduated from the Mankato State University Construction Management program.
“I like the variety of jobs we work on. I started here after the St. Peter tornado and loved working on restoring historic homes and working on detail oriented projects. Since then, I have moved to the office side of the business and work with people from the design of their project through completion. This has been very rewarding. In cases of natural disasters, water or fire damage, the gratification you get from helping someone in need and seeing a happy customer at the end has been one of the reasons I have enjoyed and will continue to work in this field.”
Jeremy enjoys riding motorcycles & spending time with his family and friends.
